Privacy policy

This policy explains how Asaha Baan Property Co., Ltd. (“we”) collects, uses and discloses personal data of people who use this website, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

  • What you send us through the forms: name, phone number, email, LINE ID, your message, property details and any photos you attach.
  • Listing views and shares on this site, counted per listing without identifying you.
  • Data kept only in your browser: your favourite listings and the agent code from a shared link. The agent code is attached to your message when you send a form, so the right agent can follow up.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it and the legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and provide the service you ask for (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
  • To value, photograph and market a property you ask us to sell or rent out (contract, or your consent).
  • To understand which listings are popular and improve our service (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with the law.

3. Who we share it with

  • Our agents and consultants who handle your enquiry.
  • Service providers who run the website for us under contract: website and database hosting (Vercel, Supabase) and team notifications (LINE).
  • Government authorities when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Transfers outside Thailand

Some service providers store data on servers outside Thailand. We use providers with appropriate safeguards for personal data, as the PDPA requires.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, or longer if a contract or the law requires it. Then we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

  • Access your data and get a copy
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete or anonymise your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a usable format or have it transferred
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before)
  • Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only staff who need it can see it.
